5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Client Content

Upon full payment for completed work, you will receive rights to use the final approved designs for your business purposes. However:
- We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio
- We retain ownership of all preliminary concepts and unused designs
- You may not resell or redistribute the design work to third parties
- Any modifications to the final work must be approved by us
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Pricing
All pricing will be agreed upon in writing before work commences. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
6.2 Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit of 50% is required to begin work
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt
- Late payments may incur additional charges
6.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally:
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Completed work is non-refundable
- Refunds may be considered for work not yet started
7. Legal Compliance and Professional Standards
Given our focus on legal professionals, we commit to:
- Ensuring all designs comply with SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) guidelines
- Maintaining professional standards appropriate for legal marketing
- Avoiding any content that could be deemed misleading or unprofessional

Clients are responsible for ensuring final content meets their own regulatory requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for loss of business, profits, or reputation
- Our liability is limited to the correction or replacement of defective work
9. Force Majeure

You may terminate our services at any time with written notice. You will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

We may terminate our services if:

- We determine the project is not suitable for our services
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
